For conventional properties that seem to be in good repair and condition, we recommend a RICS. Condition Report (Level 1) or a Homebuyers Report (Level 2). For an older property or one that is somewhat unusual, we recommend a more detailed report that is tailored for the specific property to look for construction or structural issues.
